1. Who we are

StoreFuel ("we", "our", "the app") is a Shopify app that generates AI-powered marketing content for Shopify merchants. StoreFuel is operated by Netmen Solutions.

2. What data we collect

When you install StoreFuel, we collect and store the following data:

• Shop domain — to identify your store
• Access token — to read your products and publish content to your store via the Shopify API
• Content history — generated content that you choose to publish (product descriptions, SEO titles, FAQs, etc.), stored so you can roll back to previous versions
• Brand profile — brand name, tone, and writing guidelines you optionally enter

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data of your customers.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate your store with Shopify
• To read your product information (title, description) and generate AI content
• To publish generated content back to your store
• To store version history so you can restore previous content

4. Third-party services

StoreFuel uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — product titles and descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy
• Shopify — we interact with the Shopify Admin API on your behalf. Shopify's privacy policy applies: shopify.com/legal/privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you have StoreFuel installed. When you uninstall the app, your access token is immediately invalidated. All remaining shop data (content history, brand profile) is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstallation.

6. Security

All data is stored in a secured database. Access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. All communication between StoreFuel and Shopify uses HTTPS. We verify all webhook requests using HMAC signatures to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of StoreFuel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
